Nhat Ho is an engineer, entrepreneur, lecturer, and civically engaged community leader. Among many other roles, he currently serves as president of Civilitude Engineers & Planners. Ho brings broad integrated technical knowledge to each project – from architectural design, structural and civil engineering, permitting and urban planning to land use policies and real estate laws combined with in-depth land development experience from completing hundreds of projects with diverse land contexts, types, scales, and funding structures. Furthermore, his optimistic energy, collaborative work style, and the ability to facilitate complex and difficult conversations often result in positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Ho defines himself through his values: growth, excellence, humility, compassion, and innovation.
Mike Reyes, PE

Mike Reyes is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as director of engineering & training at Civilitude Engineers & Planners, a civil engineering and planning services firm centered around land development for private and public projects. With over 15 years of experience, he is skilled at the design, construction, management, review and approval of civil engineering land development projects in Texas and the Greater Austin area. Reyes is a valued voice at Civilitude Engineers & Planners, his guidance has directly influenced the trajectory of the company’s advancement. Reyes’ work is fueled by his desire to foster organizational growth and contribute to Austin’s ever-evolving urban landscape.
