Civilitude’s 2021 Holiday Party
We made it. We made it to a Civilitude Holiday party! After a few years without gathering together at a big event, it was so nice to see everyone together at last Friday’s Holiday party at Paperboy (one of our past projects, we might add). The growth we experienced throughout the Covid-19 season really made this party stand out in comparison to pre-Covid times. To put that growth into perspective, pre-Covid we had about 17 Civilitude members. Today we are close to 50! Our old-timers had to have been a little bit weirded out by our new size. Hey, we all grow a little bit bigger during the holidays, right?
The party included some pretty great door prizes, including a kindle, a fitbit, and the coveted Oculus. One of our interns, Ian, had quite the lucky night and took the Oculus home with him! We also gave away superlative awards, not far from the Dundee Awards given away to Dunder Mifflin employees, for all of you “The Office” fans out there. On top of that, we had great food and great drinks throughout the night which definitely added to the fun. It was one for the books!
